Our own invoicing software
Developed by us and adapted to Verifactu: invoices with QR codes and chained records.
We develop our own invoicing software, adapted to Verifactu (Spain's new rules for invoicing software), and build custom invoicing systems for companies that don't want to change the way they work. Based in Lleida, working across Spain.
Verifactu is the name commonly given to the regulation requiring invoicing software to meet a set of technical requirements laid down by the Spanish tax authorities (Hacienda). It is governed by Real Decreto 1007/2023 (Royal Decree 1007/2023), and Real Decreto-ley 15/2025 (a Royal Decree-law, an urgent government decree with the force of law) set the deadlines currently in force:
You can check this in the information notice from the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) (in Spanish). This is the second postponement, and it's best not to count on a third.
At Marketizados we build software. We have our own invoicing software, developed in-house and adapted to Verifactu, and we build custom invoicing systems for companies that need something a standard package can't give them.
Almost any company or self-employed person that issues invoices using a computer program, whether that's invoicing software, an ERP or a custom spreadsheet built years ago.
It doesn't apply to those who already send their invoices through the Immediate Supply of Information system (Suministro Inmediato de Información, SII), taxpayers under the regional tax regimes of the Basque Country and Navarre, which have their own systems, or anyone who invoices by hand. But be careful: invoicing "by hand" with a Word or Excel file that calculates the amounts doesn't always exempt you, and in practice almost nobody truly invoices by hand.
The rules don't change which invoices you issue, but how the software stores them. In short, every time an invoice is issued the system must:
There are two ways to comply. In Verifactu mode, the software sends each record to the tax authority as it happens. In the other, records are stored in your own system, electronically signed, and handed over if the tax authority requests them. The first is simpler to maintain; the second requires more controls.
Law 11/2021 against tax fraud added specific penalties for this to Spain's General Tax Act (Ley General Tributaria). Using software that doesn't comply can cost €50,000 per financial year. For those who make or sell non-compliant software, €150,000 per financial year and per type of software.
It isn't a fine per invoice, it's per year. And any compliant software must come with a statement of compliance (declaración responsable) from its maker: always ask for it before signing up.
We developed it ourselves, so we know exactly what it does under the hood and we adapt it when the rules change. It issues full and simplified invoices with the QR code and chained records that Verifactu requires, and it's designed for companies and self-employed people who want to invoice without complications.
You don't depend on a software giant that changes its terms whenever it likes: you talk to the people who wrote it. If you'd like to see it working before you decide, ask us for a demo.
For some companies a standard package just doesn't work: they invoice in a particular way, have complex pricing, need invoices to be generated automatically from their order system or online store, or run an old ERP they don't want to throw away.
For them we build custom invoicing software. It can be a complete program or a component that connects to what you already use —your ERP, your CRM, your online store— so your invoices comply with Verifactu without changing the way your team works.
And if you want quotes, delivery notes and invoices to stop eating up hours, we explain it in automating quotes and invoices: where to start (in Spanish).
The deadlines seem far off, but adapting a company's invoicing isn't done in an afternoon: you have to choose the software, migrate the data, test it with real invoices and get the team used to it. If you wait until the last quarter, you'll be doing it in a rush with every supplier overloaded.
Starting now gives you room to do it properly.

For when the way you invoice doesn't fit a standard package.
Your ERP, CRM or online store sending invoices, with no double entry.
Which software you use, what you issue and what it needs to connect to.

We test it with real invoices and train your team before the deadline.
Under Real Decreto-ley 15/2025, before 1 January 2027 for companies that file Corporate Income Tax (Impuesto sobre Sociedades) and before 1 July 2027 for everyone else, including the self-employed (autónomos).
Yes, if you invoice using a computer program. It doesn't apply to those in the SII system, taxpayers in the Basque Country and Navarre, which have their own system, or anyone who invoices by hand.
Spain's General Tax Act (Ley General Tributaria) sets a penalty of €50,000 per financial year for anyone using invoicing software that doesn't meet the requirements.
Not necessarily. If your current software adapts to Verifactu, you can keep using it. If not, or if you're going to switch anyway, we offer you ours or a custom build.
Yes. We make invoices generate automatically from what you already use and comply with Verifactu, without your team having to type them in twice.
No. We're based in Lleida, but we work with companies and self-employed people all over Spain, in person or remotely.
Give us your website and within 48 hours we send a clear report on what is holding your sales back and in what order to fix it. Reviewed by a person, not a robot. No commitment.
We are not looking for «profiles». We look for people who do one specific thing well and enjoy doing it well. If you are a freelancer, agency or studio and you fit, let us talk.
We look at everything that comes in. If you fit, we write back; if not, we tell you that too.
We write about marketing, SEO and AI applied to real businesses. When we publish something worth reading, we send it. Not one email more.
